Welcome to July! As temperatures rise, so does the season’s fiery energy as we move from watery Cancer into bold Leo. Here in California, the Watch Duty fire app has been sending frequent alerts about new fire starts. Fortunately, firefighters have contained most of them to just a few acres. Greater awareness and consistent fire-safety practices are helping prevent fires from starting and spreading.

Just as we practice awareness in the outer world, we can bring that same consciousness inward. Through mindfulness, meditation, and self-awareness, we can keep our inner passions and fires balanced and healthy. By observing our thoughts, we can stay grounded and prevent irritation or anger from escalating into uncontrolled behavior.

In August I will be in Hudson Valley, New York offering multiple in-person events: a Channeling Circle, a Workshop, and in-person private channeling sessions. Please see below for information and registration, I look forward to seeing many of you in-person.
