Humanity is a new cycle; our physical bodies and emotions are getting used to new frequencies and new energies. Although many of us have been asking for these changes, managing them and our own reactions to new frequencies and the changes they bring to the material world can be challenging.
During this day, we will work with the chakra system, “tuning” them up, helping them manage the changes in our bodies. Melissa will lead us in heart-centered activities to help our bodies integrate the new frequencies, releasing old karmic patterns and traumas, and strengthening the new vibration of unconditional love and compassion. We will spend some time in the vibrational garden with the compassionate energies of Quan Yin and the family of plants and flowers and ground the new frequencies of joy and unconditional love in our bodies and our world. Quan Yin has given humanity the gift of the Garden as 5th dimensional space accessed through our open hearts.
We will have a special guest: Dorian D’Ausilio, Sound Healer, who will be joining us for a deeply immersive sound bath using powerful vibrations from crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and many other vibrational instruments.
