Welcome to August! Now is the time to get moving, step into your sovereignty, make choices that serve your highest good and the highest good of humanity. In the last two months Spirit gave us forgiveness as the word of the month and the energies to work with, preparing the way to release us from hanging on to past hurts and grievances. In retrospect I’m realizing that was helping us “lighten up” to prepare us for the AWARENESS that is the energy focus of the month of August. Recently I have found myself repeating the 2024 Invocation, Fully Present In The Moment, over and over again, particularly the stanza:

I AM Aware

I AM Awake

I AM fully present in this moment

Practicing mindful awareness

August ushers in a powerful Full Moon. The live full moon channeling transmission is on Sunday August 10^th. This full moon in Aquarius opposite the fiery Leo sun. From the astrological perspective, these are exciting times as the configurations and relationships between the planets are something that we have never seen before, which backs up Spirit’s information that humanity is literally in the New Age and stepping into our New Selves.

On Sunday August 3^rd we completed our fifth class in our Empowerment Teaching Series Loving Kindness Meditation and The Power of Forgiveness and spoke at length about the current energy I’m noticing, which brings us to the word of the month: AWARENESS. I’ve noticed since I’ve been back from retreat, and doing a large number of channelings, that negative entities, ‘Cling ons’, etc. stirred up from the lighter energy, hitting the heavier energy, are actively moving in the metaphysical atmosphere. In this morning’s class we used the metaphor of taking a walk through a country field and coming back with burrs and stickers stuck on our clothing: your etheric field is very susceptible to picking up these negative entities and ‘Cling ons‘. The word of the month Awareness and the direction to Be Aware is asking you to pay close attention to your energy fields, your auric body and continue to use your container of light. Daily meditation and check-ins highlight awareness of your subtle bodies, helping to keep them clean and clear just as you would keep your physical body clean and clear with a shower.  Practices like sageing, participating in chakra attunements (see below), using sound bowls and tuning forks, and vibrational sprays around your energy field can help your container of light keep clear and strong as you move through this fast-changing world. I’m hearing from Spirit that along with the Quan Yin Wisdom Spray from FLWR Napa Valley, the Archangel Raziel Wisdom Spray is very helpful in clearing negative energy.

How do you know if you have a negative energy or a ‘burr’ stuck to you? Red flags include: you might be more agitated, more depressed, or more reactive to something you would not normally react to. This indicates you should check in with your energy fields: take deep breaths, check your container of light, and “notice what you notice”. Use the tools we mention above or if you are feeling really stuck call on a practitioner to help you identify and clear the energy.
