Welcome to July! We are living in a fantastic time riding the waves of high frequency energies of light and we are absorbing these frequencies into our physical reality. 

​As higher frequencies increasingly impact us, steadily amplifying the light within, we must adjust more than ever before. This process brings our lower-frequency aspects to the surface, enabling us to confront and transform them. This is where, if we can surrender, we will embrace this as a miraculous time to be alive.

Guidance indicates that practicing forgiveness is essential at this time for releasing and purifying low-frequency energies. Forgiveness was emphasized as a key focus in June and continues to be the theme for July.

This is where finding a practice that helps you ground, center, and remain calm and aware is tremendously supportive, as well as spending time with like-hearted beings who are holding the light and embracing the change from material awareness to Spiritual awareness.​

Finding a forgiveness practice during this time, and the next couple of months as the light increases, is extremely helpful for individuals as well as the collective. One of the major opportunities we have to help the planet at this time is the daily practice of meditation, working on forgiving and clearing old hurts, and maintaining our higher frequency of joy, generosity and loving kindness.
