As we welcome May, a month full of opportunities for practice, we continue with April’s themes of rebelliousness, repressed emotions, and desire for change. As was noted on the April New Moon (listen to free recording here), deep emotions are surfacing, which will persist up to the Scorpio full moon on May 11th and beyond. With shifts in outer planets and higher light frequencies continuing to permeate the third dimensional world, expect continued confusion and possible emotional outbursts. Daily practices like meditation, mindfulness and conscious breathing help us maintain our clarity and inner peace, allowing us to stay centered in our spiritual nature with less disturbance from the churning outer world.
