It is often said that March comes in like a lion or lamb, this year with the full moon total eclipse on March 3^rd it seems to indicate that March is coming in with a bang! We have the February arrival of the fire horse, solar and lunar eclipse influences, and massive changes in our physical world as the higher frequencies seek to anchor and integrate in the third dimensional world and our physical bodies.

In the February Full Moon Channeling, Quan Yin’s guidance informed us that the fight or flight response is changing. Many of you have mentioned headaches, neck aches, flashes of light in your eyes, hallucinations, dizziness, nose bleeds – all symptoms of our 6^th, 7^th and 8^th chakras integrating more fully in the human form. The best practice to combat these symptoms is quiet time in meditation, pulling back from the chaos of the changing world and anchoring on the New Healed Whole Mother Earth.
