The hows and whys of the 2019 Soul Integration Spray
2019 Spray Soul Integration
I started making these sprays back in 2014 to use along with the yearly invocation. What has been truly been confirming and enlightening for me is researching and reading about the components of the spray after I receive the formula from Spirit.
I have not studied Flower Essence or Essential Oil classes and find it so illuminating to read about them after the fact and see the perfection of following guidance.
Below I will share the ingredients of the 2019 spray with you. You may find that you would like to use a particular flower essence, essential oil or elixir in tandem with the spray and invocation. Remember the invocation is most powerful if said daily and use of the spray enhances its potency. The first component is blessed water, always blessed during a channeling in a vessel on a large slab of selenite.
After researching and reading about the ingredients I noticed that many of the elixirs, essences, and essential oils work on emotional stability, grounding and Spiritual connection- have fun reading and working with the 2019 spray combination and any of the components that speak to you.
The recipe consists of 5 Essential oils: The essential oils are from Mountain Rose Herbs

Bergamot: If you have ever sipped Earl Grey Tea, you would have noticed a clean almost smoky/citrus flavor. That would be the unique taste of bergamot. This delightful oil, used in beverages as well as toiletries was named after the Italian city of Bergamot, where the oil was first sold. It was used in Italian folk remedies for many years and continues to be known for its rich therapeutic qualities. The essential oil is squeezed from the peel of the Citrus bergamia fruit, which resembles a miniature orange, and like the orange has a fresh fruity taste, but with the spicy/smoky undertones.
Bergamot is refreshing, uplifting oil that is used for skin care, digestive complaints, urinary tract problems, and emotional challenges..
For urinary tract infections, bergamot aids with cystitis and other bladder problems. Especially good when put in a sitz bath, this oil can prevent the spread of infection from the urethra to the bladder and can also break the cycle of emotional distress from the ailment, which perpetuates the illness. Cystitis can cause depression, tension and anxiety— bergamot with its uplifting and relaxing qualities can counter act the upset and emotional imbalance whilst correcting the physical problem. It helps disinfect the entire genito-urinary system, and can alleviate the discomfort of vaginal discharge and thrush.
The digestive system seems to be regulated with bergamot tea. A drop of essential oil can be added to a black tea to relieve flatulence and bloating. In massage, bergamot is one of the more relaxing and balancing oils. It relieves nervous tension, anxiety, depression, and emotional instability. It can also be used in a bath or in an aroma lamp to dispel tension. Mixed with the more spiritual oils like frankincense or sandalwood, bergamot can add an uplifting quality to meditation whilst relaxing the nervous system. Bergamot is a delightful addition to your aromatherapy collection.
Geranium: Only the tops and flower heads are used to make the essential oil and the best plants come from South Africa, the Bourbon region and Russia. Geranium blends well with other essential oils, heightening their efficacy.
Geranium essential oil has an uplifting and stimulating fragrance and is very useful in states of depression and anxiety. Because of its relaxing effect on the nervous system, this oil can help reduce nervous tension and fearful skittishness. It also is wonderful for alleviating joint pain caused by hypertension and hyper acidity in the body. Its calming and balancing effect makes it a pleasant oil to burn in an aroma lamp during times of stress and mental over activity.
Geranium is also well known as a skin rejuvenator. Its ability to balance the oil glands in the body means it is great for both oily and dry skin and is marvelous in reducing wrinkles and signs of aging skin. Because of its astringent and cleansing properties it can be added to skin lotions and creams, and is also good in skin preparations for wounds, eczema and acne. Geranium has been effective in healing scar tissue after surgery because it encourages cellular regeneration. It is also helpful in healing burns and ulcers. As an insect repellant it is very effective at keeping mosquitoes at bay, especially when mixed with citronella.
When used in massage, geranium oil has been known to stimulate the endocrine system. Its calming and balancing effect on the adrenals makes it a wonderful aid as an anti-depressant. It also can work on the thyroid and reproductive hormones by balancing the hyposecretion of estrogens. This makes it a valuable aid in menopausal problems. Geranium also encourages better functioning of the kidneys and is good as a mild diuretic.
Geranium essential oil has antiseptic properties and can be useful for throat and mouth infections as a gargle or mouth wash. As an inhalant when used in an aroma lamp, geranium can ease lung disorders and reduce lung inflammation.
On a psycho-spiritual basis, geranium is balancing and grounding. It can stimulate a sensual feeling in the body and is therefore considered a mild aphrodisiac. It also has been used in meditation incenses because of its ease in blending with other higher frequency oils such as frankincense and sandalwood. It has a warming, slightly yin quality and thus makes it a lovely bath oil to soak in when balance and rejuvenation is needed.
Hyssop: Hyssop has long been used in healing and in cleansing rituals. Mentioned several times in the Bible, this extraordinary plant was used to clear out evil and unwanted energies from temples and sacred places. The holy men would make brooms out of the stalks and literally sweep out negative spirits. Early Christians began using hyssop in baptism ceremonies and later considered it a symbol of forgiven sins. It’s no wonder the ancients considered hyssop a sacred herb and used it in rituals and ceremonies. We now know that because of its constituents, hyssop is a cephalic oil, working directly on the mind to clear and center the thoughts whilst bringing in a heart connection. It is wonderful for increasing concentration and self-awareness and has the ability to allow the spirit to soar whilst keeping the mind focused and the body grounded. It can be burned in an aromalamp during meditation or prayer for deeper connection to one’s inner knowing, and can also be burned for deeper insights and understanding when studying or doing creative work.
On a physiological level, hyssop is a great expectorant, loosening mucus and calming coughs. Helpful for bronchitis, asthma and other respiratory ailments, hyssop can be burned in a sick person’s room to relieve symptoms or put in carrier oil and rubbed on the chest to soothe spasming lungs. Its warming and comforting effects on the nervous system make it a good oil for people who are stressed and anxious during illness, especially if the stress raises one’s blood pressure. Hyssop is an excellent aid in regulating blood pressure. Considered a heart tonic, when the blood pressure is too low, it balances it and when high, it can decrease it. Hyssop strengthens the heart both physically and emotionally. But because of its effect on the heart, the essential oil should not be used by anyone suffering from epilepsy, nor should it be used during pregnancy.
Hyssop is considered a spiritual oil. Its uplifting and rejuvenating qualities help us to move forward in life. We can clear the muddled mind and seek inspiration and wisdom from our higher consciousness with hyssop’s help. With clarity of spirit we can see our life’s journey and calmly and enthusiastically venture forth. Hyssop’s connection to the heart helps us to open to our heart’s teachings and learn from a deep soul space. Expanding the heart chakra, we open to new found love of life and joy of creation. It is truly a mystical essential oil.
Juniper: Juniper is a wonderful oil to consider using during this time of transition from winter to spring. In Chinese five-element acupuncture, winter is associated with the kidney & bladder meridians and spring supports the liver & gall bladder meridians. Juniper works well to detoxify both these organs and their meridians bringing balance and harmony to the body. Juniper also protects against infection and is a perfect defense against those lingering colds and flu. It stimulates the immune system to bring rejuvenation and vitality to the body after months of hibernation and stagnation.
The crushed, dried berries of the Juniperus communis are steam distilled to extract the essential oil. The oil is produced mainly in Italy, France and neighboring countries along the Mediterranean. It has been used through out history as a disinfectant and was burned in hospitals and sick areas (along with Rosemary) to kill germs and keep infections at bay. Juniper is also the base ingredient of gin.
Juniper is renowned for its diuretic and detoxifying properties. The use of this essential oil in massage will help to eliminate toxic wastes and release sluggish body fluids. Especially after a long winter of inactivity and sedentary life, juniper can awaken the kidneys and encourage the release of stale urine; while strengthening and tonifying the urino-genital tract and relieving complaints such as cystitis and urinary infections. Juniper also helps with enlarged prostates where retention of urine is a problem. For those who were sick over the winter months and having difficulty in convalescing, juniper peps up sluggish eliminatory systems, allowing disease and infection to be thrown off more quickly, hastening a speedy recovery. Used in a sitz bath, juniper alleviates urinary problems and the discomfort of related symptoms such as itching and burning during urination. There is a warning in most of the reference books that juniper should not be used by those with kidney disease due to its nephrotoxic effect.
Spring is a time to seriously think about detoxifying the liver and juniper can help. Massage with juniper stimulates the liver’s ability to cleanse waste products from the body. Used in an alcohol rub or in a compress juniper is good for cellulitis and other problems associated with stagnant fluids and fluid retention. Arthritis, rheumatism and gout are also considered stagnant conditions because of poor eliminatory capabilities so juniper can be equally helpful with these complaints. Even obesity can be addressed with juniper baths and massage. Of course juniper, being such a strong diuretic should not be used on a daily basis because it can stress the kidneys with overuse. Drinking plenty of water can alleviate any dehydration or distress from detoxification.
Juniper works on the mental levels as well as the physical. Burned in an aroma lamp, it helps with poor memory, confusion and forgetfulness. It cleanses emotions and balances the psyche. When one is over taxed or depleted, when one needs to give more than they feel they are capable, or when caring for someone feels like a burden, then juniper (with rosemary) is a perfect pick-me-up. It protects against unwanted energetic influences and clears the air of psychic debris. As it detoxifies the body, so juniper can detox the mind.

Because of its emotional and spiritual affect, the high vibrational aroma of frankincense essential oil is commonly used in prayer and meditation, helping a person drop out of their mind and Ego and move into presence with their spirit or center of consciousness.
