WisdomWord is excited to offer a new 10-week Empowerment Teaching Series: How Do You Stay Calm During Uncertain Times? FPM! The NEW series begins Sunday, November 9, 2025 and runs through January 11, 2026.
Years ago in the Wisdom teachings we coined the acronym FPM (Fully Present in the Moment). This was introduced as a way to manage fears that arise from uncertainty. By being fully present, we become mindful, recognize our emotions, and face fears with equanimity.
Join the WisdomWord community for this 10-week series focused on fostering a deeper connection with the New Healed Whole Mother Earth and Spirit’s divine energy. Engaging mindfully in the present moment enables meaningful transformation of both past and future outcomes. By maintaining a calm and composed presence in uncertain times, we help manifest a peaceful and compassionate world.
During this class we recommend you get out your book “Comfortable With Uncertainty” by Pema Chödrön – or if you don’t have one please purchase a copy – we recommend a paperback because it is such a great book to carry with you.

The series runs for 10 consecutive Sundays. This series of Empowerment Teachings includes 10 one-hour live calls every Sunday starting November 9, 2025 and ending with class on January 11, 2026. The live calls will be conducted from 7:30 to 8:30 am Pacific (10:30am to 11:30am Eastern). You will receive a call-in number to join the live call each of those ten Sundays.
If you are unable to join the live call that’s OK – you can listen to the recordings! A downloadable mp3 file of the call will be e-mailed to you after the call.
