WisdomWord is excited to offer a new 10-week empowerment teaching series: The NEW series begins April 23rd, 2023 and runs through June 25th, 2023: STAYING CENTERED WITH BREATH & MINDFULNESS DURING TIMES OF CHANGE
The series runs for 10 consecutive Sundays and is designed to ground and center you to maintain equanimity and stay calm during tumultuous change.
Using breath and mindfulness you can change your life from fear-based to love-based, stay centered & calm, and live with joy. The practice of mindfulness is the key to understanding ourselves, the way we think, and the way we react emotionally. By cultivating this practice through conscious breathing we develop a deep sense of inner knowing, helping us maintain our equanimity. During these 10 weeks we will cultivate the practice the acts of mindfulness and conscious breathing, leading us to deeper understand of our human nature and a profound connection and development of our divine nature.

We cannot change how other people choose to be in the world but we can change how we choose to be. The more individuals who establish a strong core practice to maintain their equanimity during times of turmoil, the more our inner worlds will change for the positive, the more balanced peaceful individuals and the more the World will change.
This series is designed to ground and center you in peace and harmony to help you maintain your equanimity. Individuals who maintain inner peace are beacons of calm and light for their homes, workplaces, communities and our world. During this 10-week series Melissa will provide guidance, share exercises, and teach tried-and-true ways for you to open to and trust your inner guidance to root out our old habits and beliefs that no longer serve. You will take a deep dive inward and examine the places within that are out of balance, deeply hurt and fearful – this is where we will find the origin of these ‘bad habits’. We will focus on exercises, prayers and meditations to help strengthen your inner calm and peace, strengthening your ability to love and accept your self, banish the self sabotaging behaviors and rid your self of those bad habits forever.

This series of Empowerment Teachings includes 10 one-hour live calls every Sunday starting April 23, 2023 and ending with class on June 25, 2023. The live call will be conducted from 7:30 to 8:30 am Pacific (10:30 to 11:30am Eastern). You will receive a call-in number to join the live call each of those ten Sundays.
If you are unable to listen to the live call, you will receive a number and pin code that allows you to listen to a recording of each new call, at any time, for one week. A downloadable mp3 file of the call will be e-mailed to you after the call.
You are welcome to join the live call, listen to the recording, or download and listen to the mp3 recording you receive. You may keep these teachings to return to whenever you need to review the class.
